GOALS

• To integrate provision of care and services for people with Mental, Neurological and Substance use (MNS) disorders into the primary health care system. The project will specifically support the Government in establishing the infrastructure - policy directives, tools, human resource capacity - to provide care of MNS disorders through the general health care system.
